The original version of The Spider That Grew & Grew was written and illustrated by eight-year-old Nathan Burdette. This project was done in order to update the book 20 years later. Original illustrations were done with pencil and markers, but the update was done digitally with Photoshop and a Wacom tablet. A fun project that allowed for some nostaglia—and a little cringe.
